Yleistä

Northstain.com on digitaalinen myyntialusta joka mahdollistaa kaupankäynnin valituille myyjille omilla verkkosivuillaan.
Northstain.com toimii operatiivisesti ainoastaan yleisenä neuvonantajana, laaduntarkkailijana, rahaliikenteen valvojana ja teknisenä tukena.
Myyjät vastaavat omista tuotteistaan ja niiden oikeanluontoisesta kuvailuista.
Myyjät vastaavat kaikesta postitukseen liittyvästä käytännöstä.

Myyjä saa 70% tuotteen myyntihinnasta (brutto). Loppuosa menee Northstain.comin ylläpitokuluihin ja se katsotaan olevan korvaus myyntialustan käytöstä.
Rahaliikenteen järjestäjät ja maksuvälittäjät (3. osapuolet) ottavat siirtomaksuina tyyppillisesti 1-3% siirrettävistä rahasummista.
3. osapuolen kulut veloitetaan rahaliikenteessä aina heidän tarjoamien ehtojen mukaisesti.
3. osapuolet ovat Paypal, Stripe ja mahdollisesti vastaanottajan pankki tai muut rahaliikenteen järjestelyyn osallistuneet vahvistetut alan toimijat.

Myyjä voi pyytää rahan kotiutusta, kun hänen nettomyyntinsa (tilin saldo) on yli 20 €.
Kotiutus suoritetaan 30-35pv kuluttua kotiutuspyynnöstä. Tällä tavoin varmistamme, että tuote on lähetetty ja siitä ei ole tullut reklamaatiota ostajan puolelta. Mikäli reklamaatioita myynnistä ilmaantuu, pysäytämme kotiutuslaskennan asian selvittämisen ajaksi.

Myyjän täytyy valmistaa myyntituotteensä myyntikelpoiseksi ja kuvaillun kaltaiseksi.
Myyntituote täytyy olla sama kuin kuvailussa ja kuvissa.
Myyjän täytyy lähettää tuote 4 arkipäivän kuluessa.
Tarjoamme ilmaisen kuljetuksen maailmanlaajuisesti. Myyjä maksaa kaikki syntyneet postikulut. Myyjä ymmärtää, että kattaakseen kulut hänen tulee sisällyttää nämä kulut tuotteen hintaan etukäteen. Postikulut kirjeelle ovat yleensä 5-10€.
Jos myyjä ei täytä näitä ehtoja, voi Northstain.com sulkea tilin.
Northstain.com sulkee myyjään kohdistuvan rahaliikenteen, mikäli havaitsee mitään petollista toimintaa myyjän toimesta.
Myyjä vastaa myytävän tuotteen laadusta, sen oikeanlaisesta kuvailusta sekä postituksesta. Myyjälle ohjataan myös mahdolliset reklamaatiot.

Northstain.com is a digital marketplace who enables digital shopping under its domain for selected vendors.
Northstain.com operates only as a general advisor, quality controller, financial controller and technical support.
Vendors are solely responsible for the nature of the products and their respective descriptions.
Vendors are solely responsible for the shipping procedure.

Seller (vendor) earns 70% of the selling price (gross). The rest is due to Northstain.com, this covers the maintaining costs of the marketplace.
3rd parties may charge extra transaction fees, typically 1-3% of the amount on transaction services.
3rd parties charge these fees accordingly to their own terms and conditions.
3rd parties are Paypal, Stripe, receiver´s bank or other verified parties that are involved with the transactions.

The seller can request money drawback after minimum of 20 € worth net sales.
The drawback is not completed sooner than 30 days after the purchase. This way we can make sure the package is truly send and also received with no reclamation by the buyer.
Money drawback is an automated process.

The seller must prepare the products as described.
The actual selling item must be the same as in the product description and photos.
The seller must send the item after purchase in 4 weekdays.
We offer free shipping worldwide. The seller pays the shipping costs, usually 5-10€. The seller must include this cost in his/her prices.
If the seller does not fulfill these terms, Northstain.com can deactivate the account.
Northstain.com suspends money transactions for the time of further investigations in any suspicion of fraudulent act by the seller.
The vendor is responsible for the quality of the product, the description of the product and the shipping. Reclamations will be directed to the vendor.
